Here are 30 days worth of journaling topics you can write on. The topics cover many different areas of our lives. Allowing us to explore and reflect on ourselves, our relationship with others, nature and more.
Journaling allows us to release all of our inner thoughts and a way to channel our emotions through words on paper. Writing out our thoughts is a powerful act on its own. You are literally giving power back to yourself and finding clarity by releasing the thoughts you usually don’t talk or think about. Journaling is a self care act, it allows us to have a moment to ourselves, a pause in time, intention filled, moment of solitude. It doesn’t matter if you write for 5 minutes or 50 minutes its the intention that counts and you will instinctively know when you’ve gotten it all out on paper.

Get comfortable and choose a topic that you’re drawn to. There are no rules to this just pick a new topic every day.
